Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. All treatment is to be paid in full on the date of service unless you have made other arrangements with our office prior to treatment being started.
Dental Financing
For our patients who would prefer to spread out the costs of their dental service(s) over a series of payments, our office offers CareCredit financing. You can apply for financing using the “Get Started” button below:
Cancellation Policy
Failed appointments hurt many people; you, the patient that could have been seen, and our team. Please help us in keeping our fees down by keeping your reserved dental appointment time.
